Subscription Plans

However, you have the option to terminate the subscription early by paying the remaining balance of the website term, minus the months already paid, multiplied by $199, and then reduced by 10% (since the site will no longer be managed). Our support service will cease, and we will officially hand over the site for your maintenance and management.

Remember, the responsibility to keep your billing information current lies with you, and our monthly management services will continue without interruption unless you decide to end your subscription by fulfilling the buy-out option.

Cancellation and Refunds

For our Framersite Plan, we provide only pre-launch refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund prior to website launch by reaching out to us.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings. However, please be aware that refunds are not available for any current or previous subscription periods once the service period has started. Cancellation of your subscription will become effective at the end of your current billing cycle, ensuring you have full access until then.

Intellectual Property

Please note, any websites we create for you under this agreement will remain our property until the full 24-month term is completed. After fulfilling the term, ownership of the website will then be transferred to you.

Automatic Renewals of Subscriptions

When you sign up for a subscription on our website, it will automatically renew each month. We'll process the renewal using the payment method you have on file until you decide to cancel your subscription.

To cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription, you can do so easily through emailing support@framersites.com and cancelling via our link. It's important to remember that once you cancel, you'll no longer have access to the services provided by the subscription starting from the date your cancellation takes effect.

Please ensure you give us a 30-day notice before your subscription is due to renew if you intend to cancel the automatic renewals. This notice period is required for the cancellation to be processed effectively and off-boarding to be completed. We won’t send reminders for subscription cancellations, and our monthly management services will continue to support and serve you without interruption.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your projects. We will not disclose, reproduce, or share your design concepts with any third parties without your explicit consent. We will also do our best to express any conflicts of interest and decline the project if two clients offer the same product or service. We can sign NDA's at your request.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription at our discretion for violation of these Terms of Service or any illegal or inappropriate activities or for any reason we deem appropriate.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service after modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.

No Warranty on Website

Framersites provides this website "as is," without any express or implied warranties. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. These conditions apply regardless of any law, dealings, or usage in the trade.
